Why does the "Unable to Track Shipment" message show up?
There are several possible answers.
We upload tracking information daily at the end of our business day.
This usually occurs at or around 6pm PST. Therefore, recent
tracking information will not be available until after 6pm PST.
Another possibility, is an incorrect Order or PO number. Please
double check your entry and try again.
This is
not just working.
If you are unable to obtain your real
time tracking information, please contact your promotional
distributor. |
